All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions. You’ll receive an email when your order has shipped.

EO offers FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 or more to the US. Orders under $75 are charged according to the current USPS rates for standard shipping. It may be necessary to send your order in two or more shipments. Shipping charges apply only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for additional packages on the same order. Restrictions may apply.

For most orders, allow 4-9 business days for processing and delivery. Some areas can take up to 14 days for delivery. All shipping charges are according to USPS rates and the shipping method you choose.

In-store returns & exchanges

***Return Policy***

If you're looking to return or exchange your purchase,
we offer free returns or exchanges within 7 DAYS of your purchase
to the original payment method, provided that:

* You have an original sales receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
* The merchandise is in its original condition (UNWORN and UNWASHED, with TAGS).
* All BOGO sale items are exchange only for items of equal or greater value.

An Edgewood Outfitters store credit will be issued for:

* Returns of previously exchanged merchandise
* Return of purchases made with a gift card
* Returns made with the original sales receipt past 7 DAYS from purchase
* Returns made with a gift receipt

Edgewood Outfitters requires picture identification for any merchandise return without an original sales receipt.

Online returns & exchanges

To receive a refund to your original payment method, your online return must be initiated within 7 days of the order shipment date. Your refund will be processed as soon as we've confirmed we have received your return.

All returns must follow the Edgewood Outfitters Return Policy listed above.

To initiate a return, you must have a customer account to create a return shipment. If you placed your order as a guest, you will have to register with the same email address to convert your guest account into a customer account.

  1. Log into your account at the top right of the screen by clicking My account/Register.
  2. Once logged in, find My orders on the left of your Account dashboard.
  3. Find the order and click on View on the right side of the screen.
  4. Click Return items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment.
  5. Choose the products to return and the quantity.
  6. Give a return reason and then send the return request.

We cannot accept exchanges by mail at this time. You can place a new order for an updated item, and separately mail your return items back.
